Would not recommend this site. That fact that there is no guarantee to get your tickets before the day before the event is absolutely ridiculous. My event is on June 18th and they can only guarantee the tickets on July 17th. They say it could be earlier but no guarantee. How are you suppose to plan? They make it impossible to resell if needed.
I didn't realize I was being charged a fee that was almost as much as I paid for parking!
User error on my part when I clicked too fast on confirm payment. However, the site is very sneaky with the extra charges. Having the ticket price in bold and black. Then the total charges in tiny print down at the bottom. I paid $266 for 2 tickets that should have been less than $100. Then, when looking at the 'receipt' to at least see the itemized charges. It says "
"tickets x 2 - $0"
"Delivery - free "
Total = $0 Owning my own mistake for not reading the fine print, and hitting 'confirm' too soon. It would at least be nice to see the prices and what I paid for in the receipt. That is the point of a receipt! Doesn't make sense that I paid $267, yet on my so called 'receipt' there are no charges. All FREE or ZERO dollars. Makes me think I didn't really purchase anything. Very skeptical.

No issues getting tickets. The only criticism I can offer is there were multiple lawn area selections which was confusing as I figured it was all one section of the theater.
Why do I pay for tickets on 4/4/25 and don't have access until maybe 9/3/25 at the earliest for a 9/5/25 show. UNACCEPTABLE, you have payment I should get my tickets immediately. I will never use this service again.!
