When I first purchased my tickets I thought it was Ticketmaster. But it was a different site, I was unsure if I made the right choice by purchasing my tickets on this site because I didn't get my tickets immediately, it did say it would take a couple of days to receive tickets and they were right! I received my tickets and I can see them on my ticket master app as well!

I paid for parking and after it was too far for my disabled husband whose recovering from a hemorrhagic stroke, I immediately requested a refund and was unsuccessful in doing so. You can clearly see the barcode I received was not scanned for parking and I did not put my license plate number as requested. Can you please assist me with this matter? I spent $74 on nothing.
We purchased a parking pass, for a baseball game. Arrived at the parking lot and it was chained off and no attendant no access. So we had to purchase another parking pass.
The parking lot attendant was an older gentleman that was very unprofessional. Holding a corporate tailgate was to be a great experience for all.
His rude comments to all that this is a parking lot not a tailgate venue. The parking pass never mentioned no tailgating Will not purchase a pass again and will let others know as well. Ruined our pregame experience!
