Impossible to get answers on ticket status. The delivery being delayed until two days before the event is nerve wracking. The only thing worse than this is ticketmaster/live nation.
My experience was great 👍. I downloaded the ticket master app and was able to view my tickets.
Browser took me to your site instead of venues official site. Byh the time I realized it was incorrect site, I had already clicked payment button. When contacting you to explain what happened, I was told that there was a no refund/cancellation policy. Even though it had been less than 24 hours from transaction and I hadn't even received my tickets yet. Your firm is a sham.
I was upset at first because the email that I got said that I would get my tickets by February 10th, the day before the concert. The email came 2 days later that had the tickets. The tickets came from Ticketmaster and were twice the cost of Ticketmaster, for the same seating area. This is my first and last purchase from TicketsOnSale!

When I first purchased my tickets I thought it was Ticketmaster. But it was a different site, I was unsure if I made the right choice by purchasing my tickets on this site because I didn't get my tickets immediately, it did say it would take a couple of days to receive tickets and they were right! I received my tickets and I can see them on my ticket master app as well!
I was deceived and thought I was on the official Dodger website. But I was on YOUR website and paid $75 for a parking pass. On the Dodger website, the same general admission parking for $35! Total scam and deception. You are a rip off!
