I should not have ordered from this company.
It was very easy to purchase my tickets. However was very difficult to get tickets. Got so frustrated I even asked for a refund and was told I couldn't have one. Then was sent another link and was able to view and download tickets to phone. I then transferred them n gave them away lol.
Decent overall, lots of scalped tickets but there's nothing the website can do about that really.

Too many emails and confusing. I got a QR code in one email, but another gave "steps" which you couldn't follow on the email and said I may be prompted to "start an account." What? Oh yeah, and your fees are WAY TOO HIGH, about 70% added on to the cost of the parking space! C'mon, you're just taking money from people for very little cost.
I am so disappointed in the way this all went down. I thought I was ordering on toner master and the ticket showed it was $19. I then saw I charge for almost $65. The price was tripled and I did not expect that. It was a baseball game and the fact that I was bamboozled is so disappointing. I know I bought it last minute but it wasn't even a sold out game
Ended up not using the reservation, the entry time was too close to the start time of the show and the walk was too far away.

Dident likenit unpaid give me my tickets without codes and passwords and confirmation emails I can't see me ever trying this again I'm 60 plus not 22 and hip on all the pass words and non sence you have to hop through
