This was a great experience! I was able to get box seats for the Breaking Benjamin concert. It seemed that other ticket providers were not able to supply me with the amount of tickets I needed, and also did not have tickets where I wanted to be seated.

The event I purchased cost $7, and they're selling it for $60 plus all the additional charges they itemize after payment. It's fraud and probably "legal" to a certain extent, but it's neither moral nor right. If they consider themselves a fair and safe platform, they shouldn't allow this type of behavior. There's no way to contact the seller through the platform, and the platform takes no responsibility for anything. Convenient for this type of behavior.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
