I wanted tickets for 6/20 in KC, and accidentally clicked 6/27 show which is 3 hours away. I called immediately to ask for help in cancelling and getting the correct tickets, and no one would help me. I can't make that show and I paid $345 for 2 tickets. If there is any way to help me, I would be beyond grateful! Charles Kennedy
Would really liked to have gotten the tickets when payment was released, makes you worry about if they will show up before the event.
