I checked my email multiple times to see if I was transferred the ticket for parking. I had to email the customer help desk⦠After a day or two after my email I was informed to download a MLB App to receive the ticket for a Football game. I purchased the ticket one week in advance.
I bout tickets in June 2025. I still Do Not have them. It is now September 29,2025. I always get the standard we are looking into it but no answer has ever come. The BBB will be called if these tickets don't show up very very soon. Tickets were released in May 2025. That's 4 moths ago!. I should not have to try to contact you for these tickets. I should have gotten them log ago.
This site is not efficient and more expensive than any site I have used. It has hidden fees and did not specify USD vs CAD. This site does not allow change post purchase even immediately when I found out what the site was ACTUALLY charging. Horrendous.
All I wanted to do is purchase tickets for the show. I had to create and account, sign in and out of an account, then change may password and a few more steps. Then I had to search for an available seat. Finding seats took much longer than I would have expected (no easy way to search). Once I found seats and paid for the seats I received 3 different emails telling me I had to wait until my reservation was accepted. Once it was accepted I had to accept the tickets, confirm the tickets and jump through a few more hoops to actually get the tickets. It was an extremely cumbersome process, and it took A LOT more time than it should have.
This $10.00 off for downloading Rukatan is very misleading and a scam. Most of the reviews claim the same thing. I downloaded this and I have not received my $10 off. Very disappointing and will not use this product moving forward until it's fixed. It's not the $10, it's the principal of the matter.
Would rather be able to have tickets sent in email rather than scavenge through the mail and concert time is in two days and still don't have tickets
There is so little information for the purchaser, just wait till the day of the event and hope your tickets show up. Not impressed at all

I bought a parking ticket for an event on September 27. I confirmed this date and my email also confirmed the same date. But the parking ticket was for the the 26th which is not what I payed for. I had to by an additional parking ticket. Your service cost me over $40 for nothing. I will be making a complaint

Okay overall. Lots of emails to sort through and would rather not have to download an app to go to a concert but use a paper ticket, printout, etc.
Buying the ticket was an easy experience, However receiving my ticket was more difficult. I was not told exactly when I would receive it, just a general date. It's been 4 months since i bought my ticket and I still have not received it. The concert I plan on going to is two weeks away
I called to change my order as soon as I placed it because my husband told me that the people that they were purchased for needed to be in handicap accessible seats and they said I needed to call the insurance that I had ordered. Oddly enough, the insurance was billed to an old credit card and not with the rest of my order that went through affirm. I have no idea why that was even an option and am very unhappy.
No issues at all. Glad I was able to purchase the tickets. Only downfall is 1) I wish gave options of tickets to print or mail instead of electronic. 2) only receiving one day before the event
Not real happy that my tickets are not available until Friday November 21,2025. I have paid in full and should be guaranteed to have sooner than the day before the show. I spent a lot of money on flights and hotel reservations. I don't want to get there and not have them before I arrive.

I realized too late that this company was not the ticket seller for the venue directly after purchasing my tickets to a local event. I realize second hand sellers want to make a profit, however each ticket was easily double (or more) the price of the local venue price. Upon calling (within the hour I purchased the tickets) I was not able to speak with a representative and the automated message said there are no refunds for any ticket sales. I do understand my own fault in not checking the source I was purchasing tickets from. However, I do take issue that your business is modeled more or less as a scam. Reviews online are 50/50 as to if people even get their tickets for events. So I'm also concerned about this. I have had instances with other companies previously where I have called within the hour of making a purchase and was able to be refunded my money. I am also aware that most companies are easily able to refund credit card purchases within the same day of the transaction. I know my own employers transaction software has this capability since I have personally refunded people before same day of their purchase. So suffice to say, I'm pretty annoyed that upon calling there's an immediate recording dissuading people from being able to access a refund or talk to a person.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
