Before placing order for tickets you do not list fee's associated with tickets. You should break them out as other sites do. I find this practice practice deceptive. Not sure what I am going to do about it yet. Certainly not in a hurry to go to this venue again or order tickets on this site.

It was easy to buy the tickets and all went well. But now I am getting these email saying I need to confirm I recevied the e-tickets. When I click on the link, it takes me to a customer survey page. Really? I am being forced to fill out a survey? Well here you go... Leave me alone.

When purchasing on this app it does not give you the itemization of cost until after purchased. Then they do not allow refunds. So, you hit with a service fee of $150 which is basically the same price as the ticket.
It was fairly easy to reserve our tickets Online. Just hope everything will work well when we will attend our reservation.
