Somehow got routed to this website when searching for concert tickets. Did not realize this was a resell ticket site. I thought I would receive the tickets immediately like normal ticket purchase. I also had no idea there wouldn't be a seat selection part of the purchase before my PayPal transaction was finalized. I was taken to the PayPal link to pay and realized I was never allowed to choose my seats. Only the section and row was disclosed. I was hoping to be redirected back to a seat selection page before final confirmation. Friend attending concert with me can only access certain seats. When I realized this I immediately emailed and did a chat to cancel order. I was told too late to cancel. I then asked for my seat numbers to be disclosed to me so that I can figure out if we can use the tickets or not. I was told the tickets don't have to be sent to me until the night before the concert in August. Customer service said my only option is to sell the tickets online and they can't tell me any seat numbers. So now I'm left to go sell "tickets" online that I don't actually have possession of until the night before the event; if they even come at all. Really stupid way to buy tickets in my opinion. Random seating and no possession of the digital ticket for months until the event is weird process. Planning travel around tickets for a Vegas concert that I hope actually get sent to me in August is annoying.

Wrongly tried to sell different level tickets for a general admission space. Even provided a map of layout of venue. Scammers. Did not say that ticket prices were in U.S. dollars when this was a Canadian venue until purchase was made. I do not recommend this vendor!

It's ok, I have never used this time ticket app before. See I'm not sure what to expect but I think I received confirmation email same day of purchase. I have not received my tickets yet.
I could not put my ticket in the wallet app on my iPhone. Call you about it and no solution the be able to put my ticket in this app. You told me to just show my email to get at the show. Hopefully it will work cause if not, I payed way to much for ticket
