It was easy and quick to acquire the tickets I wanted and the map of the venue helped me pick what I wanted.
Man i payed 21$ for 3 berm seating tickets but jus moved to behind home plate cause i felt like it
They present themselves and get placement as if they are the venue. They don't mention that they are a resale site until after you have clicked. They don't give you the seat assignment. They refuse to let you cancel and are unhelpful in the chat, despite the fact that it said in process for so long that I didn't think I had bought the ticket. There were better, less expensive seats available through the actual box office. I will NEVER buy from this vendor again. Making it seem like they are the actual performance sites when they are not is shameful.
Everything went well the only thing is the tickets are so expensive.
I've had a horrible experience with TicketsOnSale so far. The total I have been charged far exceeds what was emphasized in big font in the order page of the site. And I'm now not told exactly when the tickets will arrive. And so far the customer service at TicketsOnSale have not been willing to escalate the matter for me to discuss with a manager a fair resolution.
Have not got the tickets yet but fingers crossed… payed a few days ago but they have till 7/16/2025 two days before the event

Was good delivery but I would suggest that you are a venue from US. Should state at the top of your web page. I wasn't aware and I'm from Canada. I had been deducted the exchange rate at a high number that I wasn't expecting. Too much trouble to try get my money back. Other than that was good.

This time around it was not so good. I paid $344. For 2 $73 lawn tickets for Judas Preist and Alice Cooper.
