Although it convenient to buy tix online thru this site, I find it ridiculous that processing fees of about $20/ticket were added to the transaction. It's a complete cash grab and super lame.

I got my email and tickets quickly. I liked my email experience fine..
Never again. I spent over $400 for tickets, to get an email that they can't confirm receipt of my tickets until the night before the event. When you call the 800 number they just talk off a script. I spent $400 to not have peace of mind. Never again. Buyer beware. I even bought event insurance incase I can't go, and they charged me, but I don't even know if I'll be going yet, because I don't have my tickets. I'm so irritated. The only consolation I have is that the Attorney General appears to be successful in reimbursements.

Very fast and confusing on exact price did not see clearly the exact seating did not see handicap options for seating one of us will have crutches or rolllater to walk. Very vaque after getting to the site do appreciate seats to together wasn't sure through process if I even accomplished anything
