The graphic showing section, floor, and lawn seating/admission remains highlighted on the first place you click but when you scroll filters the area of the tickets you buy will change without the graphic adjusting. I don't mind lawn tickets but if you're not paying attention you may end up buying tickets at the back when the little graphic still has the front section highlighted.
I was a first time user and didn't receive the Ticket transfer on the date specified. Late that night I used the Live Chat feature which in the end referred me to the email that I hadn't received. The next morning when I still hadn't received anything I did the Live Chat feature again, and eventually I was connected to a live agent. It was then, that she sent the Ticket Transfer link and it worked. I just happened to have a frustrating experience, but luckily the issue was resolved several hours before the show.
Firstly I didn't realize tickets and fees were in US dollars even though the venue is in Canada. It resulted in a bit of sticker shock when I checked out. The there was a problem in that the tickets were purchased as a birthday gift but tickets need to go onto a mobile device connected to my phone. So, other than giving my phone to the recipient the night of the concert, I don't know how we manage this. This policy of putting tickets on a mobile device makes me nervous at the best of times. What if I lose the phone between now and October?

Since it was my first time buying on line I had a little miss understanding. I couldn't figure out why I did not get the exact seating number if my purchase. My inquiry was resolved after my tickets were assigned. Didn't know why it's not the same as a movie theater purchase. All is good … so far lol

I thought I was buying from Ticketmaster. I was buying from someone that sold their tickets back Ticketmaster. I'm new at this. Everything turned out all good. I'm sitting here waiting for the concert to begin.
I was actually a little nervous about the delivery of our tickets as it was communicated that I would receive them by the day before the event (which was still over 2 months away). The tickets eneded up being transfered to me within 48 hours. As stated by others, I don't wish I had known the price was in American dollars, but I should have looked into that.

I didn't realize that you would not provide a ticket delivery date. All of the other sites such as Vivid Seats provide my ticket within a day of the purchase. What's the hold up?

It seems that everything is good, I am always a bit nervous when I don't have the product in hand after I have paid for it and the email states I will receive the tickets the day before the event, which is a bit interesting for me.

This is a convoluted process by which I get a confirmation email then I have to confirm the confirmation email and somewhere along the line. I'm sending another email where I can access my tickets. It's all extremely confusing. It almost feels like a scam. All I would like is my tickets with some form of QR code or barcode that can be scanned upon entry. I've now been told that I need to wait for five months to receive that. That it's gonna come from some other place. I have no idea what's going on or when or if I will be able to access my tickets.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
