The entire system is NOT user friendly. I had questions regarding my tickets / downloading and kept getting same email responses. A LIVE Customer Service lines preferred!
I thought I was buying tickets from Ticketmaster. It looks like what I received is what I ordered. Reviews weren't very good so I was concerned, but hoping the tickets are okay.
Why are you sending me a second email asking me to confirm that I've received a confirmation email on my ticket purchase. Makes me question your practices? Did I buy a ticket? Do you have a record of my purchase? Why do you keep asking me? This is my first time using your platform and so far, I'm not impressed and quite frankly, I wonder if I actually do have tickets to the event that I thought I purchased tickets for?
No issues. Haven't received tickets yet but they said a few days before the concert. I prefer to have them sooner for piece of mind since I have to travel to get to concert.

I was duped into thinking I was on Jazz Center Official website. Stupid, stupid me. No cancellations or refunds but that's not true either. I paid twice as much as the actual price of the tickets.

Purchased tickets thru ticketmaster for a concert on Feb. 21st. With my citi master card. Citi shows the transaction. I took a picture of the transaction from computer (never have ordered tickets before - I'm OLD) thought tickets would be sent to me. But did not arrive. Went to the concert & showed my confirmation receipt on my phone, but they would not accept it & said needed tickets & turned us away. I am out the cost of these tickets & don't know what to do. When I called citi, I was given an agent with a strong accent I could not understand & gave up trying to explain.
I bought my tickets and received an email that said to download the app and then before the date of the concert I should get a QR code that allows us to get in. Not really comfortable with waiting until the day before the concert to get my "tickets". The app that I downloaded says I have no upcoming events. Am I really supposed to wait till the day before to get my "tickets"?
After purchasing 2 tickets for a show sheduled for March 26, about 6 weeks from date of purchase. I received your email of confirmation a few days after purchase. Then due to a family illness back home in WI, I called to cancel my tickets. I was denied. Your representative said your policy doesn't allow cancellation once a confirmation notice has been sent. Well, since the show was still 5 weeks out, it seems to me a more lenient response from you would be appropriate.
I enjoyed the simplicity, speed, and above all else the low price of ticket purchasing. Will be back for all of my ticket needs going forward.

Initially HORRIBLE! Along with my performance tickets, I was offered 'parking availability for Buell'! This location was about 8 blocks from Buell. I arrived late to the event but the staff was quite cordial and I was able to enter the performance.

Getting The tickets was actually okay but it was the bottom part where it says something about recommended to secure the tickets. I didn't really realize what that was and ended up paying an exorbitant amount for some type of insurance which really didn't make me very happy

I was excited about purchasing tickets for the concert, but I did not like jumping through so many hoops to complete the transaction.
I made the mistake of thinking that this was the Royal Theatre Ticket Price when actually it wasn't... I really want to see Kathleen as she's one of my favourite Canadian Songwriters!
This ticket price is like buying from a scalper because as seats sell closer to the show and prices rise. As I pressed Purchase I realized I couldn't take it back... Sucks but I'm glad to be going!
These tickets were much cheaper a few weeks ago? What happened, why such a steep curve?
