After making a new password, I found the system kept rejecting "invalid credentials". But just when I started to create a new pw, my ticket choice page came up. I was able to purchase those tickets but was unable to purchase any other tickets that day as I needed to sign in again and was repeatedly rejected for "invalid credentials" using the credentials I had just purchased with. I chalked it up to overload on a high volume opening member sale day. I gave up and just have tix for the one concert this summer.
I purchased tickets without noticing the "obstructed view" notice. I tried to exchange the tickets but was refused.

I had been drinking and thought I was on the venues site when I was online purchasing tickets, this was my mistake. Ordered the tickets at a much higher rate than my co-workers which I later learned. I received my receipt and confirmation on the same day the tickets were purchased. I received 2 emails asking to rate my experience before I even received my tickets. I was concerned since both emails asking about my experience both said that e-tickets should be received 24-48 hours after confirmation, I received my e-tickets over a week after I received my confirmation. Like I said this was on me, but I won't be back.
Seemed ok, the event isn't for a couple months. This is garbage asking me to write at least 50 words.

The email from the team or box office provides you with steps to access your tickets. It is recommended that this is done from a desktop or laptop. You'll be prompted to login or create a new account under the email address you provided at checkout (my email address was here). Provide the information requested, within the account you have created, and accept your tickets.
Tickets must be accepted before the event start time. Once you accept the transfer, the tickets will be visible in your team or box office account in time for the event.
On the day of your event, please pull up your tickets through the indicated app or by logging in to your account from your phone's web browser. You will be able to view the tickets transferred to you after logging in via your mobile device. It is important to do so before arriving at the event, as mobile network disruptions can occur. The venue will scan your tickets from your phone to allow entry. I have never received an email with a prompt or link to 'Accept' the ticket transfer to the MLB app.
According to this email, I will have to present my ticket on the mobile MLB app. I have the MLB app on my phone. However, TicketsOnSale has failed to provide the pathway that they claim I need to follow to have the tickets transferred to the MLB app. And when I FINALLY get someone on the phone to troubleshoot the issue, all they want to do is have me log into the app several times to check if I can see the tickets. If I could SEE the tickets, I would not be calling. Needless to say, the issue is STILL not resolved. I paid over $500 for 10 parking tickets and NOBODY can figure out how to make them visible on the site. NEVER AGAIN will I EVER use this vendor.

Bought tickets for Brandon Lake in LR. I was doing this with my daughter and we didn't want to lose our tickets but do not recall seeing any reference to the exorbitant service charge until the purchase was complete. Seemed less than transparent.
I had a questions and concerns about my purchase and I spoke to a representative and they were able to explain the procedures and that it is purchased through a third party not directly from the auto show.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
