I oredered my tickets around 3 days ago. Not only am I not sure if I have them, but there's no easy way to talk to someone. After purchasing, you have to "transfer" your tickets. There is no link provided, and I am still not sure if I even have the actual tickets. Also, the fee to buy tickets was about the same as the tickets themselves
Vague and obscure wording. Even now I do not know if my 2 tickets are together or not and I will not until I pick up 1 hour before show
Never saw total cost breakdown after ordering tickets. Was surprised to see total amount which was immediately charged to credit card. Was unable to cancel tickets as soon as company had credit card information.
