I contacted TicketsOnSale approximately 10 minutes after having purchased 3 tickets, because the parties I had purchased the tickets for wanted to cancel due to the final total expenditure being in US dollars and the addition of a $125 US administration fee. Despite my many logical reasons as to why I should be able to cancel the sale i. E. lack of transparency -nowhere was there any mention that the ticket prices initially quoted were in US dollars for a Canadian concert, lack of transparency in so far as there was an extortionate administrative fee that appeared out of nowhere during checkout. I was repeatedly quoted company policy which apparently is etched in stone, no refunds allowed no matter what the circumstances. A complete lack of empathy and rationale - poor customer service in my book.
There is no reason for an $8 delivery fee per ticket when the tickets get emailed and dont get me started on $20 additional fees per ticket, its insane

I bought tickets to a show that had apparently been cancelled and rescheduled. After confirming purchase I almost immediately got an email stating the date had been changed. They shouldnt be allowed to sell tickets to a cancelled show date.
No hassle to purchase tickets. I do not go to concerts very often. Was easy to do.
