I contacted TicketsOnSale approximately 10 minutes after having purchased 3 tickets, because the parties I had purchased the tickets for wanted to cancel due to the final total expenditure being in US dollars and the addition of a $125 US administration fee. Despite my many logical reasons as to why I should be able to cancel the sale i. E. lack of transparency -nowhere was there any mention that the ticket prices initially quoted were in US dollars for a Canadian concert, lack of transparency in so far as there was an extortionate administrative fee that appeared out of nowhere during checkout. I was repeatedly quoted company policy which apparently is etched in stone, no refunds allowed no matter what the circumstances. A complete lack of empathy and rationale - poor customer service in my book.
There is no reason for an $8 delivery fee per ticket when the tickets get emailed and dont get me started on $20 additional fees per ticket, its insane

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
