I tried purchasing tickets using my iPad but the sale would not go through. I switched to my computer and the ticket price went up by $20 a ticket.
When I realized the purchase was made in error and asked to cancel the transaction, was told no - even though they have not presented me the tickets and had plenty of time to resell them as the transaction was on the 1st day the tickets went on sale. Biggest ripoff in my life - really feel embarrassed and upset.

Since these tickets were so over priced, I'm apprehensive that this is not a scam. I tried to get a refund 10 minutes after I made the purchase, thinking I was on The Smith's Center website, but was refused.
I believed I was purchasing tickets directly from the venue box office. In my experience, when purchasing event or concert tickets online, the e-tickets are delivered immediately after payment is submitted. I would not have completed this purchase had I known the tickets would not be provided right away.
It wasn't until after I paid through PayPal that I received several emails from "Tickets On Sale" stating that the e-tickets would be delivered only after the order was confirmed—near or on the date of the concert. As soon as I realized this was a third-party seller (not the venue box office), I contacted them immediately.
Notably, the payment was processed immediately through PayPal, yet the tickets are not being delivered at the time of purchase. If tickets are not provided until closer to the event date, payment should not be captured immediately—or, at minimum, this delayed delivery should be clearly and prominently disclosed before the purchase is finalized.

Didn't know what seat & where they were located till AFTER I purchased them.
The tickets said that it could have disruptive views... what does that mean? Plus now im still trying to see where the seats are to the stage.

Thought I was buying from the venue, but apparently was not. Now I'm not sure if I will get tickets or not. How will they be delivered? Nobody knows. They promised to email us tickets the day before the concert. We are still not sure if we are going or if this is a scam.

This is the first time purchasing tickets. I did not receive a confirmation email as I used the install the ticket master app option when purchasing my tickets... the tickets do show up in the app.

When I first looked, there were $50 seats in an area that was good. We added two more people and when I went back 10 minutes later, all seats were at least $100. Where did the $50 seats go?
Price of tickets in same section went from $58 when I was buying 2 tix, but jumped to $105 when I wanted 4 tix. Not happy about this.
Easy transaction, but I found out it would have been much cheaper on Stunhub. Will not use ever again. Overpriced. Obstructed view not mentioned. Not recommended.

It was not clear to me that I would not receive my tickets until the day before my event. I am just hoping to receive my tickets, but have no way of checking to make sure I get them, or I know where they are. I also have none of the information of the handler of my tickets.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
