It would be beneficial for the site to show exact seat location on the map, and have customers be able to choose their seats this way, and not show just the highlighted section. We ended up going with the Skybar because we at least knew what we were getting beforehand,
Got the tickets but the experience was a bit strange since the email after purchase said tickets would only be available a few days after purchase and seller would contact me then. Thankfully did not have to wait and tickets were sent that same afternoon.

I don't like being asked for reviews every time I purchase something! Also the process worked well but overall it feels like I got many different emails and apps that had to be navigated in order to purchase two concert tickets. Despite this I didn't select the seats myself but I'm sure they will be good as we paid up for a better/closer section.

Purchased tix through ticketmaster. Got the confirmation email right away. I was informed my tix would be transferred prior to the event. So now I'm waiting to complete the ticket transfer. So far so good!

As I was to register to get the Transfer for my tickets, I could not retrieve them. This experience has not been good for me.
I tried to cancel my order right away because of a scheduling conflict that I forgot about but they would not let me. Literally minutes after I purchased. This show will sell out and there is no reason they should't have refunded the money and sold them to someone else.
I was looking for Colton Dixon tickets. It took me to the venue and showed the availability, price and that it was general admission. This i was a big help. Just a couple of clicks and entered my information and it was very fast and easy.
So far it seems like a good spot for tickets I just received my confirmation notification today and I only ordered tickets on Friday.
I don't have virtual tickets yet but expect them soon
It was pretty easy. I didn't realize that I wasn't buying the tickets directly and that I had to wait for them to be transferred from someone. It went very smooth and I would use it again.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
