Bought 2 tickets, it didn't show seats only the row. I hope the tickets are emailed as mentioned. Price was similar to other vendors.
You will be charged in USD and won't advised of this until you authorize your purchase. Bought the cancellation fee but wasn't reimbursed because it wasn't in their policy to refund you when you are made to believe this purchase is in Canadian funds.
This shouldn't be in USD when the show is in Canada

Simple process for tech challenged, quick and easy. However this survey requiring a certain length is cumbersome.
Left me with a great deal of anxiety of not knowing if I actually had tickets. The parking permit was equally unsettling. It is easier to fly to Europe than to get into the F1MIAGP.
I don't want to review this and it won't stop sending me emails so i guess if I had to say anything it would be this… I got my tickets now leave me alone and let me go on with my day.

Would have liked my tickets in hand when I ordered. Other places I order I have tickets right away. Not happy about this
I impulsively clicked on this site for tickets to a band that I wanted to see. After seeing that tickets were "selling fast" I bought two tickets. Afterwards, I went to the actual venue's website and the tickets weren't even on sale yet! And they were a fraction of the price like 60% less. This is not a big artist and the venue is a local venue. I felt like an idiot. I will not be purchasing from this site again. Will you post this review on your website?
There was followup to make sure I received my ticket confirmation.
Wish I would just get an email with the ticket right away. It's uncomfortable making a purchase and not getting the product right away.
I purchased the tickets and they were processed by my credit card April 25. I received a confirmation email that my tickets would arrive May 22. Why so late? Also, although there was a row number there were no seat numbers and I purchased three tickets. I should not have to wait that long for my tickets!
This is my first experience with TicketsOnSale and I am not feeling confident.
