I could not download the application itself because itis not compatible with my android cellphone, thus was not able to load the ticket barcode in the google wallet which is not also compatible with my android phone. I called the customer service of ticket master already. And they are okay with the flickering ticket barcode that can be viewed in the browser. Please help me fix this so as not to have any problems at the venue entrance. Thank you! Caroline Grace Anne Calibot

Bought a ticket, expected to get the ticket the day I bought it. Have yet to receive it and have only been notified if get it at least 1 day before the concert. Have never been through a company that u buy a ticket and don't get the ticket when u buy it
