When I try to accept my tickets it says they have been accepted by another email address. I have not received the tickets I purchased

As a first time user of TicketsOnSale, the purchase order experience was very good. That said, and with a show date in January 2026, I am a bit disappointed that our tickets will not be sent until potentially the day before the show. That is not very comforting in the event any technical (or other) delays are experienced. This is an important group event that everyone is totally looking forward to. This will be a 5 star experience IF our tickets arrive sooner and without any issues. Thanks in advance for helping to ensure a great experience for us.
I got ripped off, paid more that double for a ticket. Premium tickets were $40 and the tickets where I bought are only $25. I paid $250 all together with fees and they don't allow refunds.
