I ordered tickets, and then received the tickets. It was nothing special.
Confirmation email arrived immediately, but I don't know how to put the tickets on my phone.
It said to put the tickets in my digital wallet. I had to apply for a digital wallet. Then I couldn't get the tickets to go to the digital wallet. The tickets were expensive and we have to drive 7 hours to get there. I hope we can get into the concert.

I contacted TicketsOnSale because of uncertainty of when and how I would receive my tickets. I could not get a direct answer to my question of what app and account I needed to create. I was asked several times "are you still there?" I felt I was being given the runaround. I hope I get my tickets in time.
