I contacted TicketsOnSale because of uncertainty of when and how I would receive my tickets. I could not get a direct answer to my question of what app and account I needed to create. I was asked several times "are you still there?" I felt I was being given the runaround. I hope I get my tickets in time.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
