I started at the casinorama website. I live in Canada. I purchased the tickets thinking Canadian $ only to find my invoice is in USD. Reviewing your policy and PayPal policy it's final sale. I'm paying 3x what I would otherwise have paid if I'd been more careful

Open a link from a private seller, which lead me too open an account with MLB.com, which made me download MBL APP which doesn't work with my password. HUGE pain in my $#*!. I will do my very best to not purchase through this process in the future. I didn't contact T. O. S customer service because it's a MLB APP issue. But the process starts with TOS not forwarding me the tickets direct.

Needed parking for the Metallica concert and my brother told me about Tickets On Sale. The site was easy to use and purchase was smooth. The only problem I had was not all the parking lots available were displayed on the map to see distance from the event. Chose a lot that was shown on the site map. So far I would recommend to friends and family to use tickets on sale.

I was set to buy tickets directly from the venue but they sold out after being purchased by companies like you. Then you turn around and charge us an arm and a leg for them - this needs to stop!
