I ordered my tickets 5 days ago and still did not get my electronic tickets! Why?! I could not find any way to contact you. Why?
I bought a parking pass for State Farm Arena in Atlanta. The purchase was easy and the pass was delivered earlier than promised. My only issue is that there was an additional $40 in fees that was not initially shown. I didn't make a big deal out of it because the price I ended up paying was in line with what I have paid in the past for a parking pass at the same parking deck. Still, it would be nice if the additional fees were included in the listed price, or if the price was listed with a note that said something like, "Additional fees apply"

I purchased tickets and it seemed purchase was complete but found next day at least 4 new emails requiring my confirmation of purchase, one of which offered 10% discount which I didn't receive. Now today additional confirmation required of having received my confirmation email?
In addition, I may have purchased different tickets if I could have viewed exact location via expandable seating chart when I was purchasing.

I usually buy from Ticketmaster. First time using this site. Weird that tickets for a Canadian artist at a Canadian venue have to paid in USD? Not impressed.
Securing tickets was somewhat frustrating. There seemed to be a limited number of reasonably priced tickets available. I didn't make a purchase on the first or second attempt. Each time I received an e-mail that offered a 10% discount. Why wasn't that offered right away? I was disappointed that the "service fee" was excessive. Does any of that fee go to SDSU or does it all go to your company? I do appreciate a venue of this type coming to SDSU as an annual event. I hope that some improvements can be made.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
