Tickets cost double what is available on the authentic site, even when tickets are not sold out. Somehow I managed to purchase these tickets even though I was trying to exit the site -a series of ads began to show up trying to get me to buy in to hotel stays etc. The additional fees on this site are ridiculous and I will never again support this site. I tried to cancel immediately and they would not cancel.
Thought I was purchasing tickets in Canadian funds as I live in Ottawa and I am going to see a show in Ottawa. When I reached out to get a refund I was told that it was not possible. Hence I paid 50% more for these tickets than I should have.

For some reason I only saw the final total without breakdown of fees. The parking ticket I selected was 41 but the final total after taxes and fees was 63 dollars.

Both in form and in substance, electronic tickets are a nuisance. These tickets are for the benefit of the seller and the detriment of the customer. The login and the password requirement are ridiculous in their demands and their intricacy. We will all end up waiting in line while we try to find our tickets on our phones. Please discontinue this process right away.
I am fortunate to have purchased the right event ticket But the pricing was WILD I wanted a refund to go with a cheaper site but I have to sit with what I purchased Overall it was somewhat easy There was a glitch at purchase time and I hadn't realized my card was charged so I kept trying fortunately it came out once but other than that yeah I'm outside
I had a hard time seeing on the map where the actual parking garages and lots were. Some listed, didn't show on the map
So far I haven't had any problems, however I don't get my tickets until October so hopefully I will have no problems
I have received an order confirmation but until I have some semblance of a ticket I'm not rating favourably.
