I don't like that I don't get my tickets until the day before the event.
When I've ordered tickets from other outlets including Ticketmaster I receive the tickets at the time of purchase. In the event that I need to resell I am then able to send the ticket directly. In the case of TicketsOnSale, I will not receive the tickets until one day prior to the event, which limits the ability to resell and I am now forced to give away the seats as I am unable to attend. DIsappointed in your service so far.

The experience was great in obtaining the tickets needed but I was very disappointed in finding what I paid 140 dollars more than Ticketmaster had them for
I thought I was directly on 'the venue' in Ticketmaster but that was not the case. Oh well.
