The ticket price was supposed to be around $300. I understand someplace is charge fees. But when I got the checkout. It was $400 per ticket. Or total of around $800. I tried going back. But was not able to. This is unacceptable. At checkout you could see the breakdown of everything. I replied to the original email and got no response.
Easy to buy, but the hefty handling fees are a negative surprise at check out.

I bought tickets to a local Zoso concert. The tickets originally were not delivered electronically even though TicketsOnSale said they were. After multiple attempts contacting customer service they did send me the tickets the day of the concert. Also not a huge fan of not knowing exactly where the seats were while buying them.
Still have not received my tickets. Concert is a little over a week away. Hopefully they send them on time.

We purchased our tickets and it went smooth, then we received 3 emails. The 3rd email stated that Immediate Action Required but DID NOT receive the necessary steps to transfer the Tickets. We were left wondering if the Purchase is complete.
Very easy process and reasonable prices. Wish I had waited to book a hotel till after I read some information I could've got 30% off, but that's OK. Lesson learned.

Awful. Never again. So over these fees for "service." Just needed tickets fast but I guess I'll shop around to make sure 50% of the cost isn't just this company pocketing free money
