It always baffles me how high the service and "convenience" fees are for online ticketing. It seems incredibly unfair.
It sucked. I would much rather have had an email with a barcode that I could just save instead of installing an app that is a pain in the $#*! to access and find my tickets. Others just send me an email with proper bar code, easy to show at entrance and go in. Don't know how this is going to work out when it takes everyone 5 min to just find the dam tickets.

I was fine with the higher ticket cost, roughly double than face value, but it was extremely unclear how high the additional fees were. Almost $90 per ticket. I tried to cancel, but there is no refund policy (which again is not made clear). I will never buy again and stick to Ticketmater, Stub Hub etc, who are more reasonable and clear in their fee policy.
It's hard to tell if I am going to get my tickets. I got an email confirming my order but not confirming any transfer or solid proof of purchase.
I'm unclear if I actually purchased legitimate tickets & being asked for a review on services not fully rendered is frustrating. IF it was legitimate, it was a very easy and simple process. Plus tickets were approximately $20 cheaper.

I have not used this app before and was wondering how complicated it was going to be, but it ended up being pretty quick. I didn't have to remember half a dozen different logins and passwords which was great and the guy in the parking lot just scanned my phone. It wasn't bad at all. Thank you.
