This is the first time I have ever ordered concert tickets and found it very simple and user friendly and directions easy to follow. I am generally not very tech savvy but was able to download the app and find my tickets quickly. The process to getting access to them for the upcoming event will be easy to navigate. I couldn't go back to update my mailing address as it didn't include the unit number for some reason but it's okay because I have the digital copy for the tickets as I didn't have the means to print them out. All in all this was a fairly easy process to book and purchase tickets.
Have no idea who it is named on our tickets. Sight and Sounds website says they strictly enforce the name on the tickets.
