Did not know it was us site. I live in Canada the show was in Canada I had to pay American dollars and could not change it. Not happy
The ticket purchase was through BandsinTown and I thought it was a regular site I've used. I have read mixed reviews of the site and am hopeful that I will receive the tickets.
I did not realize I was being redirected to this site when on Cowtown rodeo's purchasing tickets. Instead of paying $28 per ticket I paid $51 plus fees, totalling $131. I was unable to cancel and repurchase on Cowtown site.

We bought a parking pass for a concert. Within minutes of the gates opening, the show got postponed due to weather. I contacted TicketsOnSale to make sure the parking would be honored on the rescheduled date or if there would be a refund if they cancel the show altogether. It took me a minute to actually talk to someone- the virtual assistant was not very helpful. Once I got a person to chat with, they didn't know the answer, but it only took about 5 minutes for them to contact their manager and pass along the answer.
