Easy, and quick nothing really to it. Not that complicated to figure out.
I was looking for the venue's online box office, and felt a little mislead after I bought my tickets and found out that it was from a reseller. I'll also take the blame for not looking more closely to see I was paying in USD, until after I made the purchase. I'm fine with the ticket purchase, but be aware of what website you're on, and what currency you're buying in before purchasing tickets.
I recently purchased 2 tickets on TicketsOnSale to see James Taylor and the transaction went well. Now I'm just waiting to receive my ticket transfer 1 day before the concert.

Not knowing when the tickets are coming is concerning. Saying that tickets will be 'delivered' at any time until one day before the show leaves no time possibly if there is an issue.

The online process was very easy and being able to see where the lot is was helpful for someone coming from hours away. My only complaint is not getting the ticket downloaded until the day before I need it. Buying game tickets and they can be downloaded immediately. Need to consider this for the parking tickets.

It just seems a little odd that we would pay for our tickets, but hen get notified that we won't receive them till less than a week before he show. I would like to believe they would come when they're paid for.

I instantly received my confirmation that TicketsonSale would send me my tickets a day before the show. My is based on that happening.
