It is a little nerve-wracking to pay so much for concert tickets and not be able to see an e-ticket or receive a physical ticket. The minimum expected is an e-ticket.

The email was wrong

My first email stated that no further action was required. The second email a minute later said immediate action was required and another email was in my inbox requiring action. No such email existed. There were three other emails in my junk folder but none were the promised email. The first email had two links. One to get order status and the other to contact TicketsOnSale. Neither worked. I looked up TicketsOnSale online to get a contact number and called. The automated message told me not to worry, that I would be getting my tickets by or on June 2,2025. I selected the menu items that allowed me to speak to a human who sent an email with the necessary link and helped me accept the tickets.
