Once I set up EVERYTHING and downloaded a new app the ticket purchase was ok. It took almost 30 minutes to receive my parking pass. Guest check out needs to be an option

Would be a good thing to know I'm not getting access to the tickets when I buy them. Makes me a bit nervous about their validity. But I'll be happy to be proven wrong when we get to the day of the concert. As someone who's bought tickets to Anthem events before I know they are there right off the bat. The fact I cannot see or get access to something I paid for makes me rightfully nervous. Just keep that in mind buying tickets from these guys I guess.

Not going to lie, I was skeptical after reading the reviews that I was possibly scammed. Ended up getting the pass a day earlier than expected with no issues. Was a little agitated I paid $30 more than I needed to, if I would have purchased straight from Ticketmaster, but it's my fault for not doing my research and being in a hurry.

I was looking for the venue's online box office, and felt a little mislead after I bought my tickets and found out that it was from a reseller. I'll also take the blame for not looking more closely to see I was paying in USD, until after I made the purchase. I'm fine with the ticket purchase, but be aware of what website you're on, and what currency you're buying in before purchasing tickets.

Not knowing when the tickets are coming is concerning. Saying that tickets will be 'delivered' at any time until one day before the show leaves no time possibly if there is an issue.
