Ordered tickets from another place, I never received a confirmation email. My card was charged and while still in the temporary hold, everything just disappeared with no explanation. When I was sure I would not be charged. I went back to find tickets. There were still places to get them from. I found one and before I actually bought them, I decided to check another place. That's when I landed here. They were $100 cheaper than the other place, so you got my business. I immediately got a confirmation email! My card was charged and nothing disappeared. Now today, I got another email, asking me to confirm that I had received a confirmation email. That made me feel even more confident I hadn't made a mistake. The only thing that has me a little concerned is not receiving the tickets until almost the venue date and that they are only digital. My concern is should my phone die I have nothing!

I have received so many emails and links and I still can't figure out if I have what I actually need. I received an email that I need to make an account to receive tickets but whenever I go to get the security code it bumps me out

Although I bought the tickets, they were confirmed on May 14 and the event is on June 6, I may have to wait until June 5 for them to show up. I really don't like them showing/not showing up the day before the event. Gives me a little anxiety.
My tickets were not available at the time of the event. The Customer Service Rep. Could not find anyone to help solve the situation. This led to last minute rushing to find comparable arrangements. Super stressful and inconvenient. Quick reimbursement of payment is the only reason any stars were given.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
