First time to this venue/event/location and thought it would be wise to prepay/reserve for a spot thinking the event may have many attendees. Parking was were it say it was and forewarned they may be no attendant present and vehicle information was provided online prior to check-in. Upon approaching the reserved area saw parking lots more near and cheaper across the event. The area of which we did have the reservation noticed a lot of homeless around the parking area.

If I would have driven into the lot on day of the show, I would have been charged LESS than the $79 I paid in advance? The experience of attempting to leave the lot was horrendous and wait time was over an hour to get out of the lot. There seemed to be zero concern for organization or timeliness in exiting this venue.
I loved the show! For the tickets, I hope there's an option next time where we can actually select specific seats in a section, since we could only select the section without any guarantee where we'll be seated in that area

So far things have gone good. I don't see the tickets for the farm aide concert but I'm assuming they will be sent before the concert.
I had a great experience with the customer service team. They were responsive and helpful throughout the process. Thanks for the tickets—I received them without any issues. Also, I really appreciate being informed that they need to be printed in advance. That saved me a lot of trouble. Keep up the great support!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
