I bought the tickets for my son's 17 birthday. He was very excited as this is one of his favorite bands, and it will be one of his first concerts. I got a confirmation email a day or two later saying I would not receive the tickets until the day before the event. This is kind of disheartening because if something goes wrong it will break his heart. Especially since I have purchased the tickets 4 months in advance. If you purchase tickets you should get tickets immediately, otherwise you just feel like you've been set up like a bowling pin.
Ok everything was fine regarding showing events and Purchases. Almost all purchses ask for downloading App and that is not posible for people not from USA that need to be considered to be sent ticket by email of requested
