This site uses paid Google placement to mimic event venues. In a hurry (as I was), you can very easily be fooled into making a purchase for overpriced tickets and no chance of a refund. Don't try to call, you'll never speak to anyone. If you want to be entertained, get on a chat. They have a series of canned answers that make it clear they've been scamming people for some time. I've reported their scam to Google, and my credit card company. Next up I'm reaching out to all the venues in my region.

I have done everything Axs has suggested, filed two reports asking for help and now no response on Sept 1. The Axs app has not allowed me to sign up to sign in. So going to the event hoping that my digital trail will be enough confirmation. Incredibly frustrating experience that I cannot access the tickets I paid for.
