I was sold fraudulent concert tickets for a concert date that does not exist
Easy enough. I did not like the fact that there was a multi-step process to obtain tickets.
I did not realise prices were in USD and that I was paying nearly 3x the price the tickets would have been if I had just waited for more tickets to be released through Ticketmaster. I cannot seem to cancel my order so now I'm out $500 for two tickets to a comedian. Daylight robbery!

I didnt realize this was a ticket resale site until after checkout. Naturally because of the reviews I was nervous on whether or not this service was legit. However, I am happy to say that I was able to purchase parking at a reasonable price and receive my ticket a reasonable amount of time before the event. I paid $39 for parking right outside Petco Park in just a couple days advance. Overall good experience.

I'm older so I'm not well versed on, on line tickets. Took me much longer than I thought it would.
I was confused with Tickets Online and Ticket Master. I started off ordering on TicketsOnline then had to register with Ticketmaster.
But I finally figured it out.
Everything was good except the requirement to have mobile tickets. I prefer strongly to print it off and have it on paper. I have a visual impairment and having it on my phone is a pain in the butt
