I had an issue with accessing my tickets after purchasing them and the representative was able to help me quickly.
After placing an order for a show in Canada, it turns that I was charged in USD which made it way more expensive.Then I found out that I would receive the tickets one day before the show that is happening 6 months from now. I don't even have seats that have been confirmed so I'm not sure if I'll even be going to this show. None of this (USD charge, future delivery, no assigned seats) was mentioned while I was booking the so called tickets and attempts to contact them are impossible. None of the fake links such as the "Contact Us" or "View Order Status links on their confirmation email work so I have no way of getting in touch with them. Buyer beware.

Purchasing the tickets was fairly easy except on the site they don't show or give you enough information on the actual seat arrangement. I don't like how when you receive your tickets that they try to send you to a different site that wants your credit card information! Not good! They should just send you the tickets you already paid for!
