The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

Can't seem to get past the 'Authentication Error' message. What is the Customer Service telephone number or email?
Thanks for your help
The tickets were on sale for around $35 each. When the final charges appeared on my credit card, I was charged $149 per ticket.
It was pretty easy to navigate, but I didn't like how the price changed after taxes. It was a huge jump from the price I thought I would pay. I was confused about being asked if I wanted to secure my tickets.
Although I was banknh site for parking I got caught by your site; $130 for parking is rediculous and there's no information with the charge. What time does the parking open?
You don't get your tickets at time of purchase. I may have to wait til the day before the concert to get my tickets because it's state released on or before June 8,2026 and concert is June 9th
Haven't had the tickets show up yet, but I am not expecting those for sometime. Will make a file review when the tickets show up.
I'm bummed that the transfer of tix is the day before the event. It does not allow enough time for me to seek help if the transfer dies not go through.
There was no obvious contact to address my concerns.
It was fine but the tickets were more expensive than I could have paid elsewhere.
Did not realize the process and thought I was going to get my tickets immediately only to receive an email that said they would come the day before the event. I didn't really understand how this worked.
I live in Montreal and expected the price to be in Canadian dollars. To my surprise, at checkout, it said the price is in U.S. dollars. I thought I was on the U.S. website instead of the Canadian one. I started over and still ended up with a total in U.S. dollars. Time was running out so I felt forced to accept these tickets or risk losing them. As we are not the 51st state, I expect that tickets for the Bell Centre in Montreal should be in Canadian dollars.
If it wasn't for the price, I'd do less stars. If price is an excuse, then I can't knock the platform too much. It was a great price.
I hope the ticket gets delivered. I have a confirmation email. But no ticket. The confirmation was very unclear. The venue says the ticket won't be available until may 1. I'm not unhappy about the process, but expected it to be smoother.
I purchased tickets to a concert. Got them in my mailbox the same day so that was okay. However, several days later I received an email asking me to confirm if I have received the tickets. The email contained several links one for "yes I received my tickets" one for "no I didn't receive my tickets etc.". However, when I clicked on the yes link, I got redirected to a customer satisfaction survey and I couldn't just submit that I was satisfied. I had to write a review. And I didn't want to take a satisfaction survey. I just wanted to say that yes I received my tickets. I closed the email and several days later I got another one. That's why I'm marking my satisfaction level as 2.
Satisfactoria un poco preocupada por los comentarios negativos de la.pagina
The site worked well. If all turns out well, I'll be happy. At this point, I seem to have my two tickets, but in not understanding the site, I grossly overpaid and will have to trust that all will be well.
We got tickets in the Orchestra Section but was not able to pick what seats in that section. Our tickets appear to be near the back of the Hall.
I need to have someone more computer savvy help me get the tickets in my wallet prior to the event. Not crazy about this app. I wish tickets could just be sent to your home.
All I can say is, there was a mix-up on getting my tickets released so I could show them displayed on my phone and enter the concert venue. I got my phone to recieve tickets about a half hour before the concert start, and went to the concert no knowing if i would be able to attend. So I called Chase Bank and had them put the $192 payment on hold. I called them this morning to release the payment, and found their office not open. I will call again and have them release payment on Monday morning.
Online pur have was easy and intuitive, however we thought we were purchasing the tickets directly from MLB and not a third party. We received our tickets and had a great day at the ballpark.
I purchased tickets in the front row only to find out they were on the very far end of the row with a significant obstructed view. I then bought tickets for another concert and Wood arrived was the same thing… Two tickets are not under the row. I was suspect that I wasn't getting the seat numbers and they were being intentionally omitted from the ticket in order that an unsuspecting, trusting person would succumb and by the tickets. This is fraud, pure and simple and someday I hope law-enforcement in a class action lawsuit will catch up to your despicable scam.
Bad experience that we can't see where in the row our seats are located! Seems like a Ticketmaster scam strategy!
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
