I was annoyed that you don't realize this is a resale site and the tickets have not even been released by the actual venue. I buy in June and I don't get tickets transferred until the day before show in November. Very frustrating to wait that long.

Customer service was very good although i was very disappointed that the order stated that i couldn't cancel order. I made an error in the number of tickets purchased. I immediately went on website to cancel and re purchase 6 out of 8 tickets but it stated i could not cancel. I decided to contact customer service to see if there was anything that they could do but they could not help me with this. There should be a grace period before the order is processed for this.

Like if you have a P do you ever wonder what a V feels like? Or vice versa of course. I don't mean transitioning, just wondering about the opposite sensation. Yeah, me too.
