Your book process is too complicated compared to other sites. I have received more 10 emails, had to open an account and must give a review. I hate giving reviews and usually only receive 1 or 2 confirming emails.

Not too difficult although I wish there was an option to print tickets. Using an all digital method can be challenging for us older people who didn't grow up with mobile phones and computers.
Things went very smoothly. I had no issues and was able to get what I needed.
Wanted to go to an event and excitedly jumped online and searched for Ticketmaster clicked on first listing and all throughout I thought I was on Ticketmaster because it is mentioned throughout. All the warning I thought were normal procedure like "no refunds" etc. I ended up wasting almost $400 on tickets that should've been $175. Then found out I had to wait for tickets to be transferred to me and I had no idea where my seats were. I tried to get a refund of any sort and they were no help. Lesson learned
It would be good to be able to search by seating area. The system is pretty easy otherwise.
Many people don't check their e mails as much as i do and if i did not check several times then i might not have been able to claim them, very little instructions for something that should have been a simple experience, not bad though still able to follow well enough.
It was a nice experience being able to buy tickets to the Avenged Sevenfold concert wish I was hoping day would come back someday years later and finally it's here. It's happening I'm going again🖤
Worked well, I was in a moving car communicating without internet, and it speed of response resulted in positive outcome even though the price was ridiculous
