Purchasing is a little confusing. Ended up ordering and received a receipt and confirmation email which stated tickets will be available 7/3. Today, 6/28, I received another email asking if I received an order confirmation. No tickets, very Confusing.

I did a search for parking for a Detroit Tigers Baseball Game and found a lot close to the park. When I was forwarded tickets they appeared to be game tickets, but I went to the parking lot and scanned the bar code and the lot let me in to park. There should be a way for the platform to say you are paying for parking or you are paying for an event ticket. Make the distinction clear.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
