This company is shady. I tried to reach out to them the instant I hit click on the purchase and the email they provided bounced back with a demon failure. I then proceeded to try to call and live chat. The phone number provided puts you into a voice mail system that will never get you an actual person to help you. The "live chat" doesn't come up as live in the beginning but does eventually get there. However, when you actually get a live person, it is very slow. Like I typed a couple of times "are you there?" Eventually, they came back with the "we can't help you." and go ahead and complain but it's going nowhere response. Hence my words of warning to others. This company is borderline scammy...
I think the tickets should be sent via email automatically without having to sign up for a ticketmaster account. Also I don't understand why you can't just take a screen shot of the tickets like I do for literally everything else.

We purchased a parking pass for the Brandon Lake concert in Nashville. The pass got us in the parking garage but after the concert when we went to leave we could not get out of the garage with the QR code provided and had to pay for a full 24 hours as if we had a lost ticket!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
