In haste I bought tickets on this website. I expected to reach a point in the transaction where a review your order page would pop up, but instead you never get to see the fees that are added. I was shocked that there was a $50.00 service fee on top of an already high priced ticket. Had I known I would not have completed the order. Then I found out when I received the order confirmation that they didn't actually have the ticket to sell, but would procure it for me. I got the the ticket a few days later. My seat was actually better than expected, but another person at the concert showed up with a hard copy of the same ticket-oops! Luckily, someone on the other side did not show up, so we didn't have to look into it further but one of us had a scam ticket, but both scanned to get into the venue. Anyway, not very honest business practice, and I won't use them again.

Why is this company receiving anything above 1 star? This is the WORST company to buy tickets from. They are PRICE GOUGERS to the fullest.
Their guarantee is ridiculous and so broad. You will end up paying five times the ticketed price.
For example, I erroneously believed that if I paid TicketsOnSale $450 per seat for an event in the Orchestra Area, I would be given decent seats. They informed me that my tickets would be in Sections A-R. Once again, I erroneously believed that due to paying so extravagantly for a service, I would be given the best seats available in that area. I received seats in Row O.

I immediately went online and discovered that seats in Row O are still available from Ticketmaster and the venue itself for $79. Two seats away from mine. Tickets in Row D are going for $179.

TicketsOnSale charged me $450 per seat for the worst tickets available.

Convenience? Customer Service? Customer Care? Hardly!
I am astonished that a company such as this remains in business. Google results should place this company at the end of their results list, if presented at all.

Buyer beware. Never received my tickets. Since I bought my tickets 3 months before the show, my credit card will not reverse charges. Their phone directs you to live chat or email only, no human, no options. Their live chat does not connect, they dont email back.

This concert has been rescheduled 3 times. At the time I purchased my tickets, I made sure I could go. Now it has been rescheduled and I am not able to attend. This is beyond my control and a person should be able to receive a refund. I will never purchase tickets through them again.

I purchased NF tickets 4 months ago. I got an email stating I would receive my tickets by email by ‘this time' never did. Live chatted with them and they ‘didn't have my tickets'. Never once got an email stating the tickets weren't available. I had bought PIT tickets right in front of the stage. Now looking for tickets and pit tickets are sold out. Tickets in general are selling double the amount. They gave me an option for refund and said they would ‘email the information', I called bull$#*!. I called the following day and they said "you have to call your bank and dispute it". Don't wait on the email, it will never come. DONT USE THIS 3RD PARTY.

Bought tickets in good faith for a recent concert to see Brad Paisley. Checked the email to notice that I was supposed to receive an email from the ticket owner announcing the transfer request. Never received the email. Contacted TicketsOnSale customer service, informed me they were through TicketMaster. Logged on to my account to see a notice saying Accept Tickets of which I did. Received a confirmation email showing tickets but never transferred to my account. Contacted TicketsOnSale customer service and informed them, they said to check my junk mail box, of which that date was deleted already and unrecoverable. Requested either tickets at will call or a refund under their 100% Buyer Guarantee of which they said the transfer occurred and not covered by the Guarantee and that I had signed their Terms and Conditions. So guess what, they operate and support FRAUDULENT TICKET SALES and I'm out $500 as a result. Plus I had to buy new tickets through TicketMaster which is a LEGITIMATE operation. BUYER BEWARE FOR TICKETSONSALE.COM!

My concert is in few hrs. I have not received my tickets. The status in my order is "delivered " but I have no received nothing. I call them and sent emails, I try live chat nothing! And of course they don't reimburses your money. Once they grab your money they don't care about customer service or even deliver your tickets I call them they directed me to a live chat five different associates took my chat asked me questions and leave me with no answers. I waited over and hr. And the customer service rep. Wrote I give me few min. To look your information. Over and hr. Later STILL NO ANSWER SHE NEVER TEXT ME BACK. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME BUY SOMEPLACE ELSE.

Please BE CAREFUL buying with this company! I purchased a ticket of 130 $ I couldn't use my ticket and then I tried to reach them and after a week and one hour talking and waiting with then online the told me I was not "eligible" for a refund.

Not a big fan of waiting to get the tickets a week after I pay for them, but overall service is good.

I purchased 2 tickets for a local venue I had not been to before. Afterwards, I found out that the seats/section the tickets said actually do not exist at that venue. I was not able to get a person from TicketsOnSale at all and the chat screen just ended right after it began. The ticket were described as:

When I read this to the venue manager, she said no such area or service exists. I filed a fraud claim.

Do not buy tickets from this place. All of the good reviews are fake. It's somebody they know doing reviews. We just lost 440.00 because somehow they snuck a link on to tobymac's site. If you get tickets make sure you get it from tickets West that's who Toby mac is using.

This site is a very well orchestrated scam. All sales are final and the tickets aren't delivered until 24 hours after you place your order, so when you get tickets that don't match what you ordered, there's nothing you can do. I ordered tickets for the orchestra section of a Broadway show and thought I was getting a good deal. When the tickets were delivered, they were in the mezzanine section and there was nothing I could do. I called them and they refused to compensate me in any way. This site should be taken off the web.

Steer clear of this site. They allow scammers to operate on their platform, somehow I ended up paying $400 for tickets that would have otherwise cost me $180... The artist I purchased tickets for, somehow clicking on their link from their tour page sent me to this scam site (ticketsonsale) and welp, I got scammed. Never again. I can't even recover half of what I paid, and I can't go to the show, so I am screwed out of $400.

I purchased (4) tickets for ACL, Austin TX months ago not realizing this was a secondary market. I paid $1174 for the tickets and on the ACL website the tickets are $603. I understand paying fees for online purchases/convenience fees that are reasonable but these fees were double! I will NEVER use TicketsOnSale.com again. Buyer BEWARE!

Ordered tickets. Received email telling me there would be followup email or text containing mobile tickets. Called ticketsonsale on date of show, asking for subsequent email. After being put on hold multiple times while the customer service rep had to "seek approval", she finally told me that tickets were being emailed to me. They never arrived by time of show. Have contacted credit card company to dispute charge. Their alleged "reviews" on their site are from a third party fake review site. The link to the follow up customer service survey they sent after I called them went nowhere.

I don't even know where to begin! They are like robots and just repeat the same thing. They don't help with much. They take your money and then don't give you the tickets! I am fighting this with the better business bureau and I put in a dispute with the credit card company. They kept claiming they sent me the email but wouldn't show proof. They made me think I was going to get the tickets, drove to Boston and waited till the last minute just to find out I never got an email with the tickets. DONT TRUST THEM!

My mother wanted to surprise me with great concert seats upon my return from a deployment, she paid over $423 each for seats that ended up being nose bleed seats with an original price of $56 each. This was straight up fraud and definitely NOT tickets on sale. They should change their name to TicketsOnFraud.
