Canceling shows

The show was postponed for over a year and won't refund my money. They say postponed vrs canceled so they don't have to refund tickets, They run you around their website until you give up, you can't talk to a real person. They are a scam. Terrible customer service, I Will never use it again.

Scam

Charges more than double market value plus fees. I got ripped off because they were the first place I checked and they didn't show the face value price until after I had made my purchase. I had stupidly assumed their prices would be close enough to fair and literally didn't think it was legal to overcharge by so much. I looked into it and it's not, at least not without making the actual face value clear upfront, which was deliberately hidden in my case. Of course, they do not accept refunds. I'm so upset.

Purchased tickets through them for a show never got the tickets. Was told I will get a full refund. Next day was told I would not get a refund because the tickets were sent to my email. I never received the tickets for the show. Don't use this site!

I could not find the order number. I actually think it was never sent to me but my card WAS charged the $237.50! In order to call, email, live chat, the order # is needed. Today is concert day and I can not get anyone to help! I have spent hours yesterday and today and think I will miss the concert. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - TICKETSONSALE - BAD, IN EVERY WAY! Now calling Am Ex to dispute the charges and try to get them removed from my CC.

Nasty scammers

Bought a $280 "vip" resale ticket expecting the VIP package for the show. When i get there i'm told it's only for VIP access to a bar/standing (i'm not even old enough to drink nor did it say ANYWHERE it was a bar VIP) so why would i get that purposely? When i get to the show they say they don't see my name & i show them my ticket, the box office tells me what it's really for. I called instantly because i had even called earlier to make sure it was VIP and there would be no problems tonight. Lady on the phone later basically blamed it on me saying i should have read further and i can't get a refund and all she can do is apologize. Lol we'll see about that. Absolutely trash. Didn't even try to help the situation in any way. Literally told me to go check the box office to see if they had any left over tickets for me to buy the day of.

Show was cancelled. Fought to get a refund and was eventually told a year later that a credit was issued
For any other shows. You can buy tickets on the website but the values are inflated(ticket reseller prices
Are not actual ticket prices) and the shows are limited. Never buying live show tickets again because of these idiots...

It was quick, I wanted soccer tickets and found them and purchased back in July. Now I was updated with the start time of the event and an offer to buy more tickets, CHEAPER than I paid, and I paid big time with the fees. While searching the section I purchased and the "row" claimed on my purchase, there was no such "row" Tried to call, chat and email all with nothing. After a good Google search, I found out they are Ryadd Inc. and lost a lawsuit back in early 2021. Glad I purchased through Paypal and reported them, as well as a complaint in VA for selling tickets that don't exist. BEWARE!

Do not, I repeat do not buy tickets through this site! Will take your money and run. Customer service is awful, "we cannot transfer you to a supervisor, they don't take calls (because they don't exist) you agreed to the terms." Oh and they charged double to begin with.

I got the tickets back in July, my concert was yesterday 10/10. I checked in with them a few days before my concert making sure I was all good and wouldn't have an issue getting in prior to the concert and they said i would be fine and that I just needed the QR code. I get to the concert and they are unable to scan my tickets and told me that my tickets are invalid. I went to the ticketbox and they told me the same thing and for me to contact them to get the barcode. I called and called, even online chatted with them. 45 min pass by and all I am told is that I need the QR code then I was disconnected. I tried again and then they told me the same thing. Eventually they were able to get the seller to send me the ACTUAL TICKETS WITH THE BARCODE. I had already waisted about an hour of the concert. I've been trying to get my money back since I waisted most of my time waiting for these tickets that I purchased back in July and again, I keep getting disconnected. I will never be going through them again. I am so disappointed. They offered be $30 for store credit, as if I am going to be using them again. Like these other reviews, same your money and time and use a different site to order your tickets. Such bs. They said they would give a partial refund so lets see if they stick to their word.

I paid $623 for $422 worth of tickets. Given this is a completely automated site, this is an unacceptable amount of profit. They could make money for one dollar per ticket.

Purchased tickets 12/12/2019 for Burt Kreischer the show was rescheduled several times due to Covid. Went to the show last night 10/10 to be told I have Invalid tickets, and was sent home. I have contacted the company and was put on hold, so I did the online chat. They told me they would be sending me a form so that they can Investigate. I still have not received the form... I have done some researching myself and come to find out this has happened to several other people. This company should not be in business. I pulled up the email that they sent my tickets for download and the tickets have a different name and purchase date on them. Shady!

To bad I can give them less than a star as they don't deserve a star. Bought my tickets in June, and it's October and the night of the event and still haven't received my tickets. Hold times are over and hour, and when you get connected with someone they hang up on you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do NOT use this site! The band canceled and I have spent over 10 hours trying to get my money back. Then I tried to get customer service thru chats, phone and email and they won't connect you, hang up, the chat is robo and ends session and you cannot talk to a live person. They have my $800 and I can't use for another concert or get it back. Do NOT buy insurance They told me a band canceling is not insured. A total scam all the way around and I would sue if I could. STAY AWAY!

This is a horrible company. Concert got cancelled due to covid they send us a number in email so you can. Purchase tickets to. Some other concert. Didn't let us know so we didn't check about it. Now they will not answer emails or talk to you. I have ask for a refund 10 times then I finally acted like I was going to buy some tickets and they talked to me. Their customer service is the worst I have every come across. Now that I ask for them to resend me the email they have blocked me from speaking to someone. This is a disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Concerts in Canada

DI NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Waited a year to get info on cancelled stones tickets, only to find I've now got a credit for future concerts, buckshot. No big concerts are coming to Canada, they've kept your money, collecting your interest, and are too cheap to give a refund for a concert that will not happen. NEVER BUY 2nd or 3rd party resellers, ever ever again.
