Bought tickets for a Rosebud Baker show in SF. Order was confirmed and was given a date the stickers would be sent. Did not happen. Called customer service, the seller said he didn't have the tickets I bought, but he could offer general admission tickets for 50%. I bought tickets for a nice table up in the front, so we said no. Was told an investigation would be done and I'd have an answer in 3 days. Week later, no word. My wife and I were super excited for the show, evening ruined. The customer service rep had roosters in the background, sounds like a phone bank in the Philippines. Caveat emptor; the seller admitted he did not have the tickets he sold us. That's fraud.
They fraudulently pretend to be Ticketmaster and charge you triple for the same goods. They have terrible customer service who only reads prefabricated statements and will not help you. Beware.
I searched for tickets to a show for a gift to my mother, and bought the tickets in this site because I thought it was the site to purchase the tickets. Since the show appeared on their site almost sold out, I bought two tickets right away. However, since the tickets were quite expensive, I decided to do another search right after and found that there were plenty of tickets for that show and at a much lower price. I call them right away to cancel, emailed them, replied to their email, with no luck. There is no way to contact them, even thought they seem to be reachable, their chat doesn't allow you to go further, nor their phone service, and nobody replies to your emails, this is after a week. I received an email saying the tickets were ready to print, however, the tickets do not have seat assignment, how can they be legit? It's a scam. I bought the tickets again on the other site. In this site I payed extra $106.71 for two tickets, for a total of $362.71.
Started to order tickets online and while I was looking at dates the site completed the order BEFORE I hit the submit/complete order button. I immediately chatted with them to fix the problem (as in 3 minutes after it happened) and they refused to cancel the order even though the charge had not completed or posted yet. Now I have $260 in tickets I didn't order for a date I hadn't even selected. I tried a second time to contact them (about an hour later) and got the same "we can't cancel your order" reply, even though I never completed the order and even though the order had still not completed or posted. The event is 6 months out for heaven's sake, of course they can. They just don't want to.
Don't buy or sell anything through them. Their customer service is an endless loop of phone tag and bots.

I bought my tickets in advance online - two next to each other. I was taking my daughter to the nutcracker. When we arrived we realized that they had put us on different rows. They were unable to accommodate us before the event began and we ended up having to buy two new tickets. They refuse to refund us.
Called in and finally got my tickets with a upgrade in our Seats but still it cut it very close with only 1 day left before the concert and people came in from out of town so I was sweating bullets.
Process to get tickets was very easy, it in some cases you get your ticket that day? I purchased in oct but was told I wont receive the tickets until 2 days of the concert Dec 9th now it is one day before the concert and no email/text or call?
I purchased tickets in June for the Army Navy game. I was charged $1500. 00 above the ticket price and was not made aware of the charge until I received my invoice in email. I immediately contacted the company to assist me with the issue and to this day have had no response, I now have lawyers involved.
It's been 24 hours and still no ticket. When I finally reached customer service (via web chat directed from main line), they thanked me for my business but offered no solutions to get the tickets paid for and/or refund for bad processing of the transaction.

Here's how Tickets OnSale works:
- you request tickets to an event and pay upfront a price from a tiered list. They simply match the number of tickets with someone offering that number. No other criteria goes into the match.
- you do not get a choice of seats or any idea of where the tickets will be. If a football game, prepare to be on the opponent's side, rather than the home team
- Also be prepared to not receive the tickets until hours or minutes before the event. If out its out of town, have a back up plan for your time. They can only say that you will receive them before the event
- If, as with us, they cannot tell you when or if tickets will arrive no cancellation in advance so that you can go to a reputable site. Really, they can't tell you because they don't know. It's up to the seller to send you the tickets. If they don't know how to transfer electronic tickets via email, you won't get them.
- Though the website says "guaranteed", they really are not. If you don't receive them, you may get a refund but you will have to fight for it.
- And, as with me, they will hang up on you if you ask too many questions
- Oh, one more fun thing... you will receive an email with a survey for you to complete saying how well they helped you. Click on the link and a page comes up saying "Survey not Found"
- Do I need to conclude - Stay away from this scam! It's better that you get crayons and draw your own tickets. You will have a better chance of getting into the event.
This was a terrible and extremely complicated experience. The ticket transfer does not work. There is no way to get a hold of the person who originally transferred the tickets to you. If you call customer service for any concert that is not within three days you get a recording and then it hangs up. If you email customer service you get an email saying they will respond within 24 to 48 hours. They do not respond. I learned the hard way with this one so I hope to help others. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing.
Purchased concert tickets for an event that was eventually cancelled. I received a store credit but there is no where on the website to enter this code to purchase new tickets. I repeatedly get hung up on by customer service and there is no live person to answer my question or provide a refund. I'm now out $400 dollars and no concert tickets were ever received.
My bad, I was ordering tickets for the Ordway Center in St Paul, MN and thought I was on their authorized website but I was on ticketsonsale's website. The seats offered were labeled Orchestra right, Orchestra left, and Orchestra. I chose seats in the Orchestra logically concluding they would be in the MIDDLE, wrong! The seats were on the right side section at the very end of the row to where you could not see the whole stage!
Adding insult to injury, we paid $270 for 2 seats and could have got them directly from the Ordway for $130, shame on me! Tried their customer service to get a refund or exchange but got no where. I see they also somehow manage some reviews to get a favorable rating but this website correctly shows them as awful. I hope this saves someone else from being ripped off.
I was sent a time change to an event at 1pm that my 6pm event was now 3pm
According to the venue, the event was changed the day before and ticket holders should have been notified with 24 hours notice. This company gave me TWO hours notice.
When I called to ask for a refund or tickets to another event to make up for them not contacting me in time, the customer service agent "Mel" was INCREDIBLY RUDE! He was dismissive, rude, condescending and downright crass. I asked him to stop being rude and speak to me in a professional manner, to which he replied "hold... thank yoouuuuuu" in a song-like voice. SO RUDE!
This company is a rip-off! They charge invisible fees at the time of check out - DOUBLE other sites, and then won't make good on their tickets.
I purchased 2 tickets before COVID and received a store credit. BIG JOKE! They say you can only use the store credit by calling and purchasing different tickets. They will not answer the phone it's just an endless loop that gets no resolution and when you email, you get another email stating that the email is not monitored and they will not respond. I'm trying to get $135.00 in store credit used. I will NEVER! Purchase tickets from them ever again! Bull$#*! I say
This site is a scam. Pure and simple. I ordered tickets. AFTER the order there were significant restrictions on the tickets and venue that were disclosed. I reached out to them and twice was dismissed for no reasons. I am insistent so on the third they just told me "too bad." I intend to sue them in small claims for several breach of contract actions and failure to disclose, but this is a bad company. STAY AWAY!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
