I really appreciate the easy format of purchasing these tickets. I would encourage anyone to buy tickets from ticketsforsale.

I purchased tickets almost 4 months before the Mayor of Boston put in a mandate of vax proof. I'm not getting the vax. I can't go and I can't get refunded. I've been robbed of my money and my freedom. Will never use tickets on sale again jor will I spend money in Boston.

I bought 4 tickets but never received my order despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue. TicketsonSale blamed ticketmaster and then blamed my email provider. They said they would have to email to a different gmail account. That of course didn't work either. Such a scam. So mad I didn't research before using them. I will file a claim and dispute charges. I did tell them I would take this action and they said it wouldn't be to my benefit.

Within 24 hours I needed to contact them to cancel and wasnt allowed to do so. I think my main concern is that, although you have no tickets at that point along with no guarantee that you will get those tickets, you cannot cancel an order as they say the sale is "final". If you have no product, how can you have a finalized sale? My "theory" is that this is some sort of loosely based scam style company that is built to draw in those that are not used to buying concert tickets (like myself) while they use their website as something to hide behind. I would strongly urge someone to stay away from the company and go to Ticket Master; it appears their pricing is better anyway (by almost half!). I've added confirmation of my order here as proof of sale - I've stripped some of the specifics as to not have retaliation from the company as I have tried to discuss this with them at length

Last Monday 2/7/22 i purchased tickets to see Smartless in LA on Saturday 2/12/22. Its Saturday, the day of the show and i still don't have my tickets. The good people at ticketsonsale are telling me to be patient. They also informed me that there are no refunds. The show is at 6. If i don't get my tickets by 2pm they will look for replacements. And i will have to accept these replacements no matter where the seats are. Its been a horrible experience. And customer service is strictly chat. And i have had no contact with the seller. I should have known when i bought the tickets and they only gave me a row. No actual seat location. I tried to submit my confirmation pic to this review but was unable. The add media button on this site didn't work. Ticketsonsale is a shady operation. Never AGAIN!

This service has no human being that answers the phone to help you. Also, their prices are insanely high!

I purchased Hamilton tickets which they did not deliver. They said the tickets were delivered 15 minutes before the show started. This is not true. They would not refund the purchase price. NIGHTMARE. Avoid company at all costs.

Company pays to have their website come up at the top of Google searches and then their website is misleading and makes it look like the official seller of tickets. They are really just a resale company with 2-3x markup. Couldnt refund my order 5 min after making it even though I hadn't received the actual tickets until several hours later.

Save yourself the aggravation and money! Tickets are overpriced and they refuse to refund full amount you paid even if you had insurance which they conveniently make it difficult for you to access any type of refund. Worst experience ever buying tickets! Only go through Ticketmaster or stub hub!

I have purchased MANY tickets on line over the years so I know what I'm doing. I checked out and had 4 tickets in Section 6 for a concert. When I received my email confirmation, I had been given tickets in Section 12. I could not get anyone on the phone so I used their CHAT service. That was useless.

I will NEVER use this company again. Be careful using these people OR better yet, find an ethical company who values its customers.

I bought a ticket for a concert, due to Covid regulations concert was canceled, so Tickets on sale offered me a 120% of my purchase credit to buy another ticket, I asked for a refund and they are keeping 25% and I only receive 75%, this resell company is a joke! Stay away from this scam!

This company will take your money if any event venue enforces covid regulations, they will not send you any notifications about if you're supposed to be vaccinated or tested. They simply stole my $400. PLEASE do not buy tickets from here!

It was very easy and the selection process was really nice. I would definitely use them again for tickets.
