I was promised tickets a week before my event. Did not receive tickets until day before event, which was out of town. I called and left messages weeks before, asking for earlier delivery. In the end, we had to pay for(but miss) 2 nights in a hotel, a rental car, and other planned events. Worst company!
I have called now for 8 days and received a thousand reasons why I do not have my tickets. However it's the day of the concert and still no tickets. I am disputing this with my bank as should anyone that they scam. They will tell you at this ripe off site disputing Is not to your advantage but my bank said otherwise. I'm purchasing the tickets on StubHub and I'm filing. Complaint with the Bbb. I suggest anyone that got ripped off dispute charges and file a complaint to shut this website down. It is clearly not on the up and up.
Tickets sold for 3 times more expensive and refusal to refund. Advise reselling the tickets myself. They have no refund policy. Customer service only by chat. Never again!
After many hours wasted trying to correct the problem they created I discovered they outsource customer service so when you think you are calling Ticketsonsale the 3rd party contractor has to try to contact Ticketsonsale to see if they can solve the problem. Spent $373.89 for tickets that were never transferred to AXS. We only got a VIP parking pass for a Concert without the seat tickets. NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THEM

My wife bought tickets to Santana 3 months before the concert. I looked up tickets on ticketmaster the day of the concert and they were $173 cheaper 2 rows behind us!
I bought a ticket for Shakey Graves back in November, it was rescheduled due to Covid for April. They sent me a confirmation #. When I went to the venue they had no system to look up this number or tracking of it what's so ever. I had to buy another ticket (luckily they even had one). Not happy and no customer service to call
Horrible! That's all you need to know. They triple charge you and when or even if you receive your tickets they're not even in your name! When they finally answer the phone their excuse was they re-buy them and its just the barcode that the venue needs!

Whatever you do DO NOT buy anything from this "company". I bought tickets only to find out they charge $6.95 just for sending via email. Service fee is $63.54! If I had bought (which I completely regret) directly from the venue I would have saved $100. Yes for 2 tickets a hundred bucks more. They don't send you the tickets until a day BEFORE the show. Shady! We are now stuck with keeping our fingers crossed that we get the tickets and not fraudulent.

This company is THE worst! I paid almost double the price for a concert ticket and will most likely not receive my ticket prior to the events date! I URGE you to NOT use this site for any tickets! They are so unprofessional, their a scam and I'm so screwed out $108 for a ticket I will never see! Their buyers guarantee is a joke!
When I purchased the mobile tickets it was a fast and a smooth process. I recommend that you should try it if in a hurry.

I purchased tickets for a concert, the concert was cancelled and they refused to give me a refund, they did issue a store credit, we used the credit for a differenct concert, that concert has been rescheduled twice- the last date is a date that we were unable to attend and they refuse to help with this situation. We purchased tickets for the original date and are unable to attend the new date- Customer service is horrible- I will never purchase with them again- nor would I reccommend them to anyone else. You will get a run around with any questions-
Bought tickets and need to resell them due to a family issue and conflict. The company will not provide tickets or seats until THE DAY OF THE EVENT preventing anyone from reselling them in case of an emergency. They are extremely overpriced and unhelpful. Don't expect to get tickets or a SEAT ASSIGNMENT UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EVENT. These people need to be shut down. Stay away from these rip off artists!
I ordered tickets to an Aaron Lewis concert. The next morning, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled. They cancelled my order without an explanation! Their live chat is completely useless, I provide all the accurate information and they kept telling me it didn't match. Don't waste your time here, this place might just be a scam.
Everything was great but it did not say the prices are in US dollars! $160 x 2 end up paying$434.96!

The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
